Led by Lynn Nichol, the NCL team has extensive experience and knowledge in all areas of licencing, compliance and regulatory requirements. Lynn is a former supervisor with the Commercial Vehicle Department / Prorate Office of the Province of Manitoba, and was a key member of the team responsible for developing the International Registration Plan (IRP). In her over 20 years in the field, Lynn has established a wide-ranging industry network and a wealth of contacts.

| Suzanne Bergen has 13 years experience in Driver Licencing and 5 years in Commercial Licencing. With Suzanne’s past and present experience she has become the key member of NCL's Licencing Section. Her knowledge of licencing requirements for each jurisdiction guarantees that a company's fleet or fleets will be in compliance. Suzanne possesses specific expertise in Driver Log Book auditing. |
