Led by Lynn Nichol, the NCL team has extensive experience and knowledge in all areas of licencing, compliance and regulatory requirements. Lynn is a former supervisor with the Commercial Vehicle Department / Prorate Office of the Province of Manitoba, and was a key member of the team responsible for developing the International Registration Plan (IRP). In her over 20 years in the field, Lynn has established a wide-ranging industry network and a wealth of contacts. Suzanne Bergen has 13 years experience in Driver Licencing and 5 years in Commercial Licencing. With Suzanne’s past and present experience she has become the key member of NCL's Licencing Section. Her knowledge of licencing requirements for each jurisdiction guarantees that a company's fleet or fleets will be in compliance. Suzanne possesses specific expertise in Driver Log Book auditing. Connie Foster has 23 years experience working in the accounting department for the Province of Manitoba, Highways & Transportation Division.  Her attention to detail and experience in balancing and reconciliation has proven to be a great asset as the key member of NCL’s Fuel Tax Reporting section. Additional team members provide licencing, fuel tax and log book auditing support.
